Chelsea Method has helping moms feel strong and confident in pregnancy, birth recovery and beyond since 2020.

We've learned a lot in the last 5 years about what's important for real moms to get results.

Now we're ready for the next chapter. It's the app we always dreamed of.

It's all new, but familiar.

Why the new name?

Chelsea Method was a great name when we started out.

We were living in the Chelsea neighborhood of NYC and had plans for a physical location.

But in 2026, it doesn't fit us as well.

So we did some soul-searching and landed on Hifive.

We love our five minute workouts. We love our community. It feels right.
